Payment Process

Online Payment Methods

We support multiple secure international and local payment options. After payment processed, the system will automatically reserve your seat and the invoice will be generated in customer backend. Both customer and admin can see the transaction as ‘online paid’ from backend and the transaction id will appear in there.

PayPal

Fast and widely used worldwide, ideal for smaller payments. Supports card payments even without an account. 

Credit Card

Visa, MasterCard, and major cards accepted via secure encrypted payment links. Quick and convenient.

WeChat Pay

Fast and easy for users in China, with no extra fees for RMB transfers.

Alipay

Trusted digital wallet, secure and seamless for domestic payments in China.

Bank Transfer (Offline Payment)

For larger payments or lower fees, bank transfer is a reliable option.

To use bank transfer, Your travel consultant must allow the offline payment method eg. bank transfer. The bank information can be found in our Booking page, You should added it securely in option. The customer will receive the bank information along with email notification after booking. If consultant doesn’t allow this method, you can disable the ‘Book and pay later’ button from theme option.

When customer clicks on ‘Book and pay later’ button, the transaction will be appeared in both admin and customer backend as ‘pending’ status. After this state, customer can choose to pay online or pay offline.

How the Booking Process Works

Browse our carefully designed itineraries: Lhasa City Tours, Everest Base Camp Adventures or Customized Private Tours. Select your preferred tour and travel date.

Confirm & Payment Method

You can now choose between: Online Payment (Paypal, Wechat, Alipay, Credit Card) or Bank Transfers, (Flexible Option). 

After receiving your deposit

When your tour is officially reserved, Permit processing begins. You will receive a payment confirmation and invoice

Confirm Your Tour

Once you finalize your itinerary with our travel consultant and confirm your travel dates, we will proceed with your booking.

Pay Deposit to Secure Your Seat

To confirm your Tibet tour, a 20% deposit is required. The deposit may vary depending on arrangements. If your booking includes flight or train tickets, the full transportation cost must be paid in advance.

Pay Remaining Balance

The remaining balance can be paid, before your arrival in Tibet or upon arrival at our office in Lhasa (as agreed in advance)
